Need help finding an Intensive Outpatient Program for a friend on Medicare PPO Advantage

Trying to assist a friend with getting into an Intensive Outpatient Program for depression, anxiety, CPTSD, and childhood trauma therapy, but the main stumbling block seems to be figuring out which program will accept a Medicare PPO Advantage plan. It’s a very confusing process, trying to search via the actual Blue Cross website is a disaster, and sometimes even the websites for the programs say they take Medicare, but then when contacted they actually don’t.

Any help navigating this situation would be much appreciated, my friend definitely needs this kind of program. Thanks.
