Need help deciding on Houston long term

Hi, I’m in a lucky position with my company where I’m leaving my current city and transferring to another location. I’m between either Houston, Seattle, or Palo Alto.

I’m flying into Houston tonight for 3 days. What would you guys recommend I do/see/go to help determine if I’ll enjoy living in Houston long term.
