Need electrician for breaker box

Looking for a licensed electrician to bring my breaker box up to code.

My home insurance company is requiring it, but won't tell me what specifically is wrong with it. They also want receipts, so it's not something I can do myself. Need proof an electrician fixed it.

I'm guessing it's cause it won't close (clip broken). It may also need caulking between brick wall.

Anyone have an electrician that can knock this out cheap & easy?
