Need Commercial kitchen

Hello everyone!

As the title says, I am looking for a commercial/licensed kitchen. I’ve posted on here before and everyone is so helpful and I appreciate it. I own a small catering business in Houston and wants to expand it to local farmers market to serve new people. The city of Houston requirements are to have a commercial license kitchen in order to cook meats and food that needs temperature, has anyone been in this situation or know someone or somewhere I can take a step closer to get approve for my vendors permits?
