Need assistance in returning a wallet I found Downtown this morning.

Was on my morning run and found a wallet. It belongs to an older gentleman (72) whose DL and VA Id indicates he lives in New Caney. I've done what I think is a pretty good search of the internet but I'm not having much luck. What are my best options to get this gentleman's wallet returned?
