Need advice on finding a pcp in northwest Houston

I have severe medical/dental phobia coupled with anxiety and ptsd and was advised to go to my pcp after an allergic reaction to some medication the dentist prescribed for me. But I don’t have one nor do I know how to find one. I have no insurance and pay out of pocket for everything. I don’t like to be touched nor can I talk on the phone and the couple of places I’ve been able to email said they don’t deal with patients like me. I am at a loss on how to move forward. Does anyone know a doctor that would deal with someone like me and allow me to communicate via txt or email? I can drive further but would prefer the Cypress area or at least northwest Houston.
