Need a unique Thanksgiving experience

We typically travel to see family for Thanksgiving, but we moved to Houston in May, and now all the family is coming to us. Part of the family tradition is to engage everyone in some kind of local activity on the Friday after Thanksgiving, so I need to find the perfect Houston experience. Previous examples have been: limo rides around town to view Christmas lights (a multi-year winner), axe throwing, and an escape room. The pressure is on for me to find the perfect family activity in Houston, so any help would be greatly appreciated! Is there a quintessential Houston holiday activity available the day after Thanksgiving? Or just a great family activity with plenty of local flavor? Maybe a museum or venue with a holiday event? The only real requirement is that the activity be kid-friendly but appealing for all ages.
