Need a ENT doctor that works with no/low income folks

Good morning Houston!

Can anyone point me in the direction of some low income help for my ear infection? Last Sunday I had the worst pain in my life but was able to scrape up enough money for a teladoc and amoxicillin. Today’s my last course of medication and although the pain has went away my hearing never returned.

It sounds like my ear in underwater (and clicks when I chew) which ChatGPT thinks I need Myringotomy, needle aspiration or ear tube installed, all procedures I can’t get done at an urgent care for $100.

I am currently living in my car, trying to find work (had my 2nd interview with the same company yesterday so fingers crossed), also trying to take welding training from Gallery Furniture (Monday night is orientation) but I really can’t afford to go deaf at this stage in my life.

Anyone know low/no income ENT doctors that can help me? I am willing to travel anywhere between Houston, DFW or Corpus Christi if I have too! I am absolutely desperate to get this resolved quickly.
