Near Royalton St/Gulfton

I work in this area and for the better part of almost 2 years, throughout the day there’s sometimes this constant slamming/thudding sound over and over. It has driven me insane lol. I’m not a native Houstonian…anyone have an idea of wtf is causing that noise?? I drove around when I first started hearing the noise thinking it was construction, but no large worksite nearby 🤦🏽‍♂️
