Native plant suggestions for pollinator garden

I have an empty 5’ x 5’ flower bed in my yard that I’d love to turn into a pollinator garden. Does anyone have experience doing this in Houston? Are there any native plants that you’d recommend? I’d love to ultimately have a garden with a variety of textures and colors, but I’m also a novice gardener so I want to start with more hardy and forgiving plants haha.
