Native Houstonians: what is your favorite hole-in-the-wall restaurant?

I just saw that someone posted another Houston institution close due to the pandemic. My family loves to try new restaurants around town, especially beloved hole-in-the-wall restaurants. I’ve lived here for over a decade but I know there are many places I’ve yet to discover. Maybe with the attention here we can drum up business to keep these places busy especially during these tough times.
