Nathelyne A. Kennedy reflects on her many firsts and begins to look to the future

Nathelyne A. Kennedy is a woman with many firsts. Throughout her nearly 50+ year career in the architecture, engineering and construction industry, she founded a successful Houston-based engineering firm, was the first Black woman to receive an engineering degree from a college or university in Texas, and broke down barriers along the way.
