NAKED MAN

SO! interesting morning today…first full day in Houston (cypress area) and as we are driving to the Houston livestock rodeo, we see all traffic stop. A naked black or Hispanic boy was running down the street. Seemed like he escaped from somewhere. I am extremely curious what the hell actually happened!?! If anyone has any answers I would love to hear why this kid was running down the street naked. It was on huffmeister intersection near CVS
