Nail Salons in Houston that Charge Less for No Polish?

I’ve been looking everywhere in Houston for Nail salons that charge less if I’m not looking to get my nails painted as part of the service. Usually a basic mani / basic pedi without the nail polish costs the same as a basic mani / pedi WITH nail polish. I don’t want to get my nails painted all the time, and I find it frustrating that nobody offers to slash the price of the service down a bit (considering painting my nails requires a lot of extra time- base coat, 1-2 paint coats, top coat) and I feel that I should be paying less and not the same $$ if I’m not wanting that.

Anyone have any recommendations or suggestions or know any places that have cheaper services for no nail polish??
