Mysterious Building on Renwick in Bellaire

At 7556 Renwick, in between bissonnet and hilcroft, there is an all black building that use to be custom shirt printers. Now there is no longer a sign outside and the entire building has been painted black.

Not only that but people come and go from the place all day, seemingly heading in and out. What is this place now?
