My sister just got car jacked

In front of her apartment in the Rice Military area, a man approached her and asked for a ride. When she said no, she tried to get into her car really fast but he walked up and held her door open. He kept saying “get out of the car before I hurt you, I don’t want to have to hurt you, get out.” He ripped her out of the car, hopped in the car and drove off.
