My mom wants to find a relaxing place where she can knit. Any ideas?

Hey all. My mom knits all day (for fun) but would like to have options other than the house. Anywhere with some cozy couches where she can buy a coffee maybe and just knit? I thought about Starbucks but not exactly "cozy" for knitting. We live on the west side of Houston but I don't think she'd mind a 30 min drive, which means Katy and Sugar Land are also options.
