My friends puppy was stolen, she doesn’t have reddit so I’m posting for her

My Snapchat friend had her puppy Cosita stolen from her in the Houston area some time between 6:47pm and 10pm, she was wearing a blue collar at the time she was taken but it may have been removed. Her family is worried and miss her very much any info would be appreciated (also I'm in Arizona so any resources specific to Houston and Texas that I can forward to them would be appreciated 😊)
