My First At Restaurant Outing in Over A Year – Ninfa’s on Post Oak Blvd. : I cannot praise staff at this location highly enough…

I used to wait tables many years ago. I’m a long time lurker in several hospitality subs, so I am acutely aware of the kind of crap these folks have to deal with on the daily.

We are all finally fully vaccinated and we decided it was time to finally get together and celebrate. We picked this restaurant because my mother-in-law, who has been trapped in a nursing home for well over a year, has always loved it.

Tonight was the first time our little family went out and spent some time together, we were an outside 6 top with several rounds of margaritas and entree complications, and every little thing was just so freaking PERFECT.

Our waiter Gloria was on on top of every tiny detail. I don’t think I have ever had better service and I ate out a LOT before the pandemic. I swear I’m not just euphoric (or drunk) about going out to eat for the first time in over a year. They were so attentive and accommodating and they literally made our first night out the absolute BEST.

I want to write a letter about this experience and send or post it to where it will make the most impact. Where would y’all send it if you were me?

So much gratitude….

T
