My FEMA application is missing information that I provided, should I withdraw and reapply?

It’s currently saying I’m eligible, and not sure if there’s anything I can do with that currently, but I noticed my newborn was removed entirely from my application and and my older child isn’t checked off as a dependent. Do I need to re-apply??
