My Dogs need Surgery! Where can I go?

My two small 10-12lbs dogs. One of them has been diarrhea and at one point with blood for about 24 hours now. My other dog last normal stool was Saturday around 2am, I haven’t seen her poop since and tried once.

I believe they might have eaten pecans and shells.

Where can I take them that will help them and not deny service since it may get expensive? We all struggle with money and I don’t want this to be a reason they don’t get help.
