My dad needs an affordable dentist as he has no insurance. Any suggestions?

My dad needs bridges, and possibly even getting his whole mouth reconstructed. He went to a cosmetic orthodontist around the kingwood /humble area and they're quoting him 42,000 dollars which is outrageous. He doesn't have insurance. Anyone you guys recommend?
