My coworker/friend died of covid this morning.

I didn’t know her that well, but she told some of us at happy hour about a month ago that she wasn’t vaccinated. That was the last time I saw her. Found out she was sick and in the hospital a couple weeks ago. They moved her to icu last Friday and put her on a ventilator on Sunday.

I’m mostly sad for her family; her children and grandchildren, who are in total shock.

The prevailing medical opinion is that people should get vaccinated. And statistics show that 99% of covid deaths are unvaccinated people. Please consider it.

Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.
