Pete Carmichael, OC for the Saints.

Pete has shown that he can consistently win and utilize his players strengths in creating one of the most potent offenses in the NFL for over a decade. What really solidified my support for him was last year when his HOF QB went down. Without skipping a beat, the entire offense was transformed and Teddy Bridgewater became an undefeated game manager. He's been living in the shadows for years and it's time for Pete to shine.
