Must Try Before I leave

Hi, I'm leaving Houston this Friday as I was out here temporarily for work. I was wondering if there are places I should try before I leave.

Currently I've tried:

Truth BBQ, Rudy's Diner, Giau Bar and Bites, Kim Son Buffet, Buccee's (I'm obsessed), Torchy's Tacos, Katy Asian Town areas, Mensho in Bellaire.

I tried going to Brother's Taco House yesterday but the line was so long so I opt for some place else.
