Must See/Must Eat Recommendations?

My husband and I are flying in this weekend for a concert in The Woodlands that's supposed to happen on Saturday, however there's a chance that it might get cancelled. We want to make the most of the trip either way.

I'm looking for any food spots we need to try, or places to see during the day, or at night as a backup plan, in the Houston area. I appreciate any suggestion! Thanks!
