Must Eat Foods

I’m going to be traveling to Houston for the first time. I’m mainly taking the trip because I’m a major foodie and was told Houston is one of the top cities in the country for food. So want to try out the food and experience the true culture of Texas and Houston. Can you please suggest me some of your must visit, favorite resturants and places to eat in Houston. Thanks!
