Must Do and Must Eat in Houston?

Hi, taking a trip with my family for an appointment at MD Anderson. While we're there, we thought we'd stay a few extra days to hang out together. We are 80, 50, 48 and 8 years old. Is there anything you'd recommend that we see, do or eat while we're in Houston? 🙂
