Movie prop “museum” in the Houston area circa 2007/2008?

Hey, first time posting here!

I’m from Pasadena and today I just randomly remembered a distinct childhood memory about a place I don’t think I’ve seen anyone talk about before. I think Google might be failing me but does anyone else remember a movie prop “museum” from the Houston area circa 2007/2008? I was eight or nine at the time and I think my parents found the place from just driving around and it catching their eye.

I hesitate to call it a museum because it was more of a small warehouse of one older man (would’ve been at least 65 I think) showing off his stuff, THAT kind of “museum”. Though that’s not to insult it, I distinctly remember it being cool. It was free or low cost, and I think we were either one of the few or the only people aside from him in there the couple of times we went.

The place was filled with real movie props, and one of the distinct items I remember was this GIANT alien prop that took up most of the back of the museum.
