Motorcycle racing??? – the heights

Okay not to be that old person bitching but for hours now we have been hearing motorcycle after motorcycle, revving engines, speeding off, and engine backfires. What the hell is this?? We’re in the Heights and can’t figure out why it won’t stop?!
