Moron with headlights on their black Jeep’s rear bumper before sunrise today

TLDR: all you little children with aftermarket LEDs on your vehicles need to grow up and stop endangering others

Has anyone else seen the black on black, blacked out Jeep Wrangler with freaking LED headlights on its rear bumper? (SIMILAR to attached pic I found on Google, this is NOT the vehicle). They were cruising on the Southwest Freeway southbound just before sunrise today blinding everyone behind them. It was so bright people were literally slamming their brakes and swerving to change lanes – not just an inconvenience but literally leaving spots in your eyes even after getting around them. Even worse, the lights were so bright you couldn't see their brake lights, and when you finally get around them, their shitty aftermarket headlights on the front were also superbright and blow up your rear view mirror. About as tacky, obnoxious and dangerous as it gets. If this is you, SCREW YOU. If you know this person, please pass the word along…. SCREW YOU. You don't look cool with these lights. In fact, you rank down their with a 2002 Altima with 4 different body colors and paper plates.

Apologies for not getting a real pic, but at the time I was so blinded I could only focus on keeping my car on the road and trying to not hit others. That's how bad it was.
