More stores reduce hours to help keep shelves stocked amid coronavirus-related demand

Following in the footsteps of the two largest grocery store chains in Houston, Randalls and Walmart are the latest to cut store hours to keep up with coronavirus-related demand.

Starting Sunday, March 15, all Randalls stores will be open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. everyday until further notice, according to a statement posted on Facebook.

“This temporary change will allow us to better serve you by keeping our shelves stocked to the best of our ability and help all customers get the products they need…
