More Roaches In House Since Freeze

Has anyone else noticed an increase in roaches invading the house since the freeze? Before the freeze I would see/kill maybe 1 every 3 or 4 weeks, now I am seeing 1 or 2 a day. I am not any more of a slob since the freeze so the cold is the only thing I can think of that might have caused the uptick.
