Montgomery County looks to legislature to regulate roadside vendors, rental developments
Precinct 4 Commissioner Matt Gray sought support from Commissioners Court on March 25 regarding two bills–House Bill 2012 and House Bill 4494–that would regulate the roadside vendor industry and reclassify rental developments.
