Montgomery County Commissioners Court discusses roadside vendor regulations, changes meeting time
Starting Jan. 1, 2026, Montgomery County Commissioners Court will shift its regular meetings from Tuesdays to Thursdays to comply with House Bill 1522, a new state law requiring agendas to be posted three full business days in advance.
