Montgomery County commissioners approve resolution in support of changing County Court at Law No. 2 to probate court
According to an earlier resolution from the county board of judges, the changed court will handle all probate matters in Montgomery County. Presiding Judge Claudia Laird said the court would change over after the 2023 legislative session.
