Mom bday dinner spot

I’m looking for a place to take my mom to dinner on Saturday for her 65th bday. She is type II diabetic so looking for a place that isn’t too heavy, but she is open to all food types.

Looking for a nice ambiance and less than $50 a plate.

Anyone have recs for somewhere close to the Heights or Downtown?

Would prefer an established restaurant with good reputation vs something new and trendy, although down for trendy if the food is actually good lol
