Molly’s Mutt House in Garden Oaks

Been going for 15 years. Anyone else notice how garbage their customer service has been since Covid. Not sure if new management, but I sometimes wonder if they are such shitheads up front, how are they treating my dog in the back?

I never thought I’d say it but I miss the huge trans lady.

Anyone else seeing the same or am I just always having a bad day when I go in there?
