Mold Exposure

My wife and I moved into an apartment a few weeks ago and discovered mold. I let the landlord know via text, phone call and email. A few different times. The mold has been treated everywhere except underneath the AC unit in the wall. I would like to know what my options are as far as what to do about this, it's been well over the "reasonable" amount of time for the landlord to fix it. It's to the point where its affecting my wife and daughter's health as they both have asthma and my daughter has eczema. Thanks in advance for any advice or help.
