Mohamed Bireima named director of planning for city of Rosenberg

With over 15 years of experience in city planning and development, including roles in Richardson and Pearland, Mohamed Bireima’s appointment as the new director of planning is set to shape the future growth of Rosenberg, according to a city press release.
