Mobile Per Vacs

Has anyone used Mobile Pet Vacs for their dog/cat? They say it’s $109 exam fee which includes all shots and heart worm test, at the comfort of your home. You can also purchased RX flea meds from them, as they price match Chewy. I’m considering them but would love to hear from someone who actually used them.
