I guess I always assumed it was full of high dollar signed game jerseys and used bases. I decided to stop by since I was sitting nearby and there was some cool stuff. Game worn hats for anywhere from 50 to 200 bucks. Ton of game balls and bats too. There was a Yordan HR bat for 1200ish I think. I ended up buying a Pressly ball from the top of the 9th for 15 bucks. Everything in there has an MLB hologram sticker on it. You can put in the hologram number and see exactly when the item was used on MLB Film Room.
