MLB Ballpark Ticket issue

I just bought 4 tickets to the Game 7 today, first game I’m ever going too. I used a stubhub guest account to pay for the tickets not knowing about the MLB ballpark. So when I created my account and verified the email that I used to purchase the tickets and they are still not showing up in my account. I’m pretty nervous cause I have to drive 5 hours for this game and I’m not even sure they will let me in because of this issue. Not to mention the amount of money I spent. I also got on the phone with stubhub to make an account so they can show up in my orders and it’s not possible. All they could do was send me PDFs of the ticket and showing me how I can access the tickets with an access code. What should I do?
