Mixed-use project to break ground in Grand Central Park master-planned community

A new mixed-use development in Grand Central Park, a Conroe-area master planned community, is set to break ground March 17 and welcome its first tenants in summer 2021.

Groundwork construction has already begun on the project, dubbed Marcel Boulevard, which is being developed by The Woodlands-based Marcel. 

The project is on a 10.5-acre site at Interstate 45 and Grand Central Parkway, near the intersection of I-45 and Loop 336 N. The development will have 68,160 square feet of restaurant and…
