Missouri City mayor, council members sworn in after canvassing

After a hard-fought election season, incumbents Robin Elackatt and Lynn Clouser as well as new Council Member Sonya Brown-Marshall were sworn into office at a packed ceremony Nov. 21 at the Missouri City Community Center.
