Missing tan maltipoo dog (Toby) 1820-1830 Palm St Houston TX 77004

Our 12 year old maltipoo got out of the yard around 7:45 PM this evening and was roaming around our neighbor’s house across the street. Around 8:03 PM, their camera captured a black female going into the neighbor’s yard and luring him to her black sedan. We are hoping she thought he was a stray and is trying to help but we are uncertain at this point. While we have clearer video of her, we were unable to capture license plate.

We’re looking for anyone in the area who may have cameras pointing to the street on or around Palm St around this time. After she picked him up, she headed West on Palm St towards Chenevert Street.

Please help and share! We just moved to the area a few months ago and he wasn’t familiar with the streets whatsoever. We think he was trying to find his way back but was disoriented by the music – his hearing and vision are the best anymore due to his age. I’ve attached videos and screen shots to aid.
