Mismanagement of personnel(LMK if I missed anything, there’s so many

I'm so tired of the mismanagement of personnel on this team…

Scharping struggled in the first 2 games, but you know who else did? Tytus. Now he's balling out. By replacing him you wipe away all his confidence and chance at growth(which, to be fair never happens under Mike Devlin).

Then we have Fulton. Game after game he's been abysmal. Pff isn't the end all be all, but they gave him a grade of 9.6 last week… awful. Kelemente could've easily stepped in for him and scharping could have stayed at LG

Then there's Jacob Martin. Dude has shown nothing but heart, energy and a playmaker ability, and yet he only gets 30-40% of the snaps(half of which he drops into coverage which he's not good at) because he's not a locker room guy like whit. Well, the locker room is s**t right now, and the only thing that will make that better is WINNING. Martin gives us a much better shot at that.

Then there's the rookies- blacklock, greenard and reid all deserve the majority snaps. Every other team in the league you see 3rd, 4th, hell even 5th round guys making huge plays, yet we refuse to let rookies play ball.

Then there's Philip gaines. Dude might legitimately be the worst corner on any 53 man roster in the league, yet we refuse to try anyone new or sign anyone new. John reid? Keion crossed? Lonnie? ANYBODY WOULD BE BETTER

Then there's lonnie johnson. Dude practiced and trained all off-season long to play corner, worked his ass off to improve his weak areas. Then they said f**k it, he looks like a safety. He was a MAN corner, now he's a single high zone safety.

Then there's eric murray. The first 3 games of the season, Murray played box safety and a tiny bit of single high. Dude wasn't playing great, but he wasn't getting torched or making huge mistakes. Now, we have him playing nickel corner and every game he's getting smoked.

Then there's Justin reid. Dude trained all off-season to be a single high safety, was absolutely balling out back there weeks 1-3, and then they moved him to the box. I guess they figured our run D was bad and JReid could help fix it, but he hasn't. Now we're getting gashed deep because Lonnie hasn't had time to learn the safety position completely.

Feel bad for these guys. All deserve better coaching. Let's pray they get it.
