Mismanagement at public works

Consider deleting this post and making a new one with a title that clearly says what you're posting about. I'm pretty sure 90% of people who follow this sub will skip your post because they don't care about Houston Public Works. If your title said, "Mismanagement at Houston Public Works: 7 employees assigned to paint stripes in a parking lot." you'd probably get some discussion. As it is, this post will probably get removed by a moderator because the title is vague and that's against rule 10 of this sub.
