Mirage 38 offers upscale atmosphere for Spring-area patrons

Mirage 38 is home to a variety of hand-made cocktails, a cigar lounge and entrees made with fresh ingredients—elements that add to the restaurant and bar’s upscale lounge feel, co-owner Chayn Mousa said.
