Minute Maid Tips/Advice for First Timers

My wife and I are going to Minute Maid for the first time in April vs the Phillies. Just looking for any veteran info/advice/tips. Our seats are in 111 row 6 behind the visitors dugout.

I’ve read about the gallon sized bag for food, drawstring backpack, Asian Nachos, etc. We want to start as early as possible and have the entire day from morning till park closing to make the most out of the experience.
